Hi, I came across an interesting recent (Dec. 18) article here today that does not include source in its downloadable, but does include necessary 'dlls for running its "tutorial" sample [^].
It occurred to me that I had never thought about whether it is a requirement to include source, so, read the CP article FAQ, but could not find any clear statement on this.
The author of the article comments on a reader-comment that they are thinking about including the source.
Appreciate clarification.

If a dll is provided but no code then we'd need a very good reason why there's no code. A dll without code may contain malicious code.
Beyond that, where a code sharing, not an application sharing site.
Let the code be free.

Would this article[^] be misleading? It shows the completely wrong way to do what it tries to do, and such blatantly incorrect (and possibly dangerous) information shouldn't be allowed on a site that values quality (e.g. this site), IMO.
What think you guys?

He keeps posting really poor quality 'articles', and ignores every comment about what he is doing wrong. I think it may be time for him to be removed.

Article in Database category http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/1046120/Friday-the-th-JSON-is-coming-to-SQL-Server has 4.97 out of 35 votes but it is not in article contest for November.

I have added several images in my article and they are shown when I preview my article but not shown in published article.
The path in published article is

Every time a post a tip or article, a Code Project editor revises my tip/article and adds some HTML codes something like <span class="code-keyword"> etc ( I have very few knowledge on HTML  ).
I just want know that what is those HTML codes for and if it necessary then should I add those codes when I post my tip/article using Submission Page?
