there is no way to stop those spammers by reporting in current way. I can't report spammers now. May be I have already reached maximum reports per day. it take more than hour to remove one spammer by current reporting mechanism without moderator or system administrator involvement. 1 hour is more than enough for posting hundreds of comments/answers/questions. when one account blocked they will create another and start spamming again and again. The time it takes for removing spammer need to reduce.
I think more community moderators needed and they should have power to delete spammer and all the posted content in one action.

These movies related spamming can't stop with current flagging and reporting mechanism. why there is 10 spam abusing reports need to be completed before deleting new user who start spamming!

Because some people were abusing the "report" system to ban other, non spammer, users that said something they disagreed with.
