There should be some distinction.
like the weekend off day(s) are to be considered.
We have:
14 earned leaves (granted after completing a year of working; 1 per 15 present days of the previous year)
10 casual leaves (granted 2.5 every quarter).
8-10 holidays selected from the gazetted holidays.
and Sundays off(~52).
in addition to above we have 2 restricted holidays which may be selected according to some criteria and vary every year.

We have saturdays working... Sigh | :sigh:

So we have in all 34-36 days off excluding sundays.
