What do you mean by "silent"? You can create an installer that does not show or report anything (even when it fails), but that does not affect UAC. For that, your app must be "trusted" or from a trusted source.

Allowing untrusted things to install without any warning or notification is a security-issue. It's how virusses work Smile | :)
