The answer really depends on what you're doing. To produce code and documents nothing works better than keyboard and mouse yet, voice is still to fickle to rely on it. Once it comes to reading, watching ad whatever else - I'm all for touch and voice, some mistakes don't matter much in it

I love the way a computer would say "understood", whilst completely not understanding.
It's even worse when they have "Is That Right?" in a emphasised, hopeful tone at the end of every feedback. Gets annoying after the second time.

So, the dedicated strong-work-ethic people who trudge to work, despite having laryngitis, would be completely useless.
I'm not sure if employers prefer the dumb, hard-working type over the clever, somewhat-absent type.

It really depends on what I am doing. When coding, I prefer keyboard. When "surfing" the touchpad is nice. I tried Leap Motion and am looking forward to a version that has all the bugs worked out. Brainwaves will be the input of the future: Wouldn't it be great if you could just get the concept and the code would appear in the IDE?

For some reason some project managers I used to work with are convinced that it works like this Especially when consulting deadlines with the client instead of devs...
