As I understand it, Blackberry has peaked and fading, I'd go for Android or iOS (Apple).
iOS development required a Mac, so the cheap option, unless you have a Mac, is to go Android.

Android is Java, so much of your C# experience is transferable. iOS requires knowledge in Objective C which isn't a big stretch but you would do well to buy a book on the language before diving in.
