I use Sublime[^] when this is necessary (BTW, it's highly recommended). Since reverting to white background and black text my eyes are back to 20/20 and no pain. (I have been staring at a monitor for over 10 years with this and my eyesight is perfect). So I seriously think light text on dark background is harmful.. I wonder do you wair glasses already?
