As this is for an open source project, the appropriate place to ask a question like this is on the support forums[^] for the project. It's unlikely that the experts in that system will just happen to wander by this forum and see your question.

hi
i have database on sqlCE 75.6MB with 600,000 rows that has one table with 3 columns

A - lenght 13 (text)
B - lenght 20 (text)

C - lenght 21 (text)

i open the connection like this:

   }

the problem that it take a long time to open connection.

is there any other way for open and work with big database ?

i work on sqlCE for Windows-CE or Windows-Mobile in C#

There is no other way.

If the first connection is very slow after deploying the database to the device, the indexes have to be rebuilt, so that's probably what's taking so long.

Hi,

Powershell could be a good choice since there is already a Powershell console dedicated to Exchange management.

No memory stick has been harmed during establishment of this signature.

Hi,

I have a C# code that include a python script

one of my python function return a Tuple, let say:

def Example():
   a = 3
   b = 4
   return a, b

now I want to call the Example function from my C# code, but this function return a tuple.
How do I handle this?

If the order of the values being returned is not important, you could try returning an array in C# code.

i've find that, from ironPython documentation:

tuple with T-typed elements -> System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable<t> or System.Collections.Generic.IList<t>

i guess that when you reference the ironPython code into your C# code, you should use a IEnumerable<t>

Hi All,
I have created context menu for my windows app. This context menu appears if you right click on the .pdf files in windows Explorer.
Do add this menu, I have added Registry entry to the following path
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\.pdf\shell\myapplication\

This is working fine on windows XP, but not working on Windows 7. Frown | :(

Any one knows the reason and how to fix it?

Alternative, you can buy a USB key with a hardware-lock[^], and superglue the lock into position once you've written your data on it.

The only person who gives a rats ass what your email address is are the spambot crawlers that look for them. Don't put your email address in a public forum unless you like getting tons of spam.

There really isn't any code for this (other than what the designer writes for it). All you do is drop a couple of radio button controls on your form, position them appropriately, then change their Text properties to "Male" and "Female".

So what's the rest of the question?

Looks like you need to start with the very basics. Read a book.
Using the RadioButton class[^] will have you create radiobuttons for gender.

Windows mobile also allows .net programs, but symbian doesn't without adding the proprietary .net runtime from redfivelabs. The API for getting your contacts is on both platforms wildly different.

So How can i add <big>.net runtime from redfivelabs</big>.
