Not that I know of... Although I am able to scroll to all sides of the screen. In IE and FF I can only scroll up or down. Not sure if that is a Chrome thing.
I have recorded the bug and put it on youtube[^].
As you can see I had some trouble replicating it at first, but I managed.
It might seem as though it only works on longer questions, but I've done it on questions of every size.
Hope it helps. Tell me if you have looked at it so I can remove it again (we don't want to get CP bad promotion!)

I'm getting the same thing.
Works in Firefox, fails in Chrome.

Are you still seeing this? In Chrome 15 I cannot, for the life of me, replicate the issue.

Every 'question field' can scroll up and down just a little bit now. Nothing annoying and barely even noticable.
I couldn't replicate the bug and I've tried in about ten different questions.
Actually I think I haven't seen this bug for about a month now.
Seems fixed, magically(?)

I posted an alternate this this tip/trick. My alternate does not contain a download, but the original tip/trick does. I just got a reputation point for a download of that file.

The article RSS feed used to show the author's name in the "From" column, which was really useful. Since the beginning of this year, it always just shows "<The Code Project Latest Articles>". Could we have the author's name somewhere in the feed please?
I'm using Thunderbird as the reader.

As a follow-up to the CP celebrities interviews, CPians could make/upload a short introduction video of themselves and of their work environment, which would be linked/available from their profile page.
(Not that it is not possible now to post a link in one's bio, but it is more to institutionalize the idea, and somehow find a way to make it easily doable for everyone. I hope I am clear  .).
Just a weird idea maybe, but I submit it here, maybe someone could make a concept out of it.
