This is most unlikely; what is more likely is that you have some old information in your .PCH file (or in stdafx.h) that is causing the problem. Try doing a CLEAN and rebuild and check again what is happening. It would be useful to look closely at exactly what just doesn't work well and give specific details if it happens again.
