Hi,
My computer doesn't boot in safe mode:F8 has no effect.Also,when I try to boot from my CD XP SP2,it doesn't let me do that:F12 has no effect
I can't do anything with my PC:showing the error dialog and reboot,can't execute any thing.

Once you see the boot-menu, you should "at least" be able to select one of the options using the up-/down arrow keys.
You state that you can't "execute anything"; does that mean that you can't enter the command prompt in safe mode, do you get an error when running a command, or does the keyboard refuse?
Does your PC have an option to boot from USB? It might be more efficient to salvage your work from the broken system and to reinstall it, depending on the cause.

Time to boot from some other device and whipp out some diagnose-tool. Does the system boot from a floppy? Can it be booted otherwise?

From which we deduce that you have a floppy-drive. I'm going to guess that it's booting to the harddisk without even trying the floppy.
Which brings you indeed to the BIOS-settings, which will vary depending on your brand. You can usually enter the BIOS by hitting the DEL key a few times, just before the PC tries to boot. There should be some entry that defines in what order to "try" the bootdevices.
That won't repair your PC btw, it would only allow you to boot again. From there-on, you'd still have to repair the system.
An alternative option would be to create a CD that you can boot from. There are various Live-CD's available for download, complete with virusscanners

just go with "Last known good Confg." option, it will surely help u to open ur PC.

Just put the CD and boot, when it gives you the press "any Key..." dialog with a different Keyboard then the one you are currently using hit spacebar, let setup start, hit "f8" at the license agreement all that jazz and instead of giving you the format drive screen it will let you reinstall right over the old install you may have to re-register some programs but it is the easiest "dead-OS" fix I know of.

The other option is go into the bios options and systematically disable Devices until your OS starts. What this does is gives you a couple of hints as to what the issue is/was. If a piece of Hardware Died you will know when you re-enable it. However I find that is usually not the case, I seem to come across more often is IRQ conflict, You install some program that tries to use some IRQ that is already bound up and it crashes every-time upon boot, the solution I use in this latter case I start safe-mode with cmd-prompt. first thing i do is type "Explorer.exe" I do it this way because it is the least amount of windows to start and still be useful (I like the mouse) Then I do a quick regedit and remove the last thing I installed from the key that deals with autostart along with the keys for the last thing I installed. If you didn't install anything the first or second fixes will take care of you.
If it has an OS, I've broken it(and the OS)...
If it has a problem, I've fixed it(Or worked around it)...
If it is older than dirt, I love it(Then I install an OS and break it)...

What does this mean? There is no direct connection between CPU and monitor.

CPU shuts down when i connect it to a high resolution monitor. Is this VGA(CPU) problem or Monitor's problem. off course they are connected

Well that's your problem, don't connect the monitor to the cpu, connect it to the monitor outlet.

look, the problem could be better understand if u follow the below steps:
1. Check ur monitor with a or standard resolution monitor, I mean 1024 X 786. If ur CPU perform well , then Increase the Resolution gradually like: 1280 x 960 to 1600 x 1200 and on. [Do not disconnect ur monitor from CPU & Check ur Monitor cable is properly attached wd CPU or not]
2. After increasing resolution if ur CPU shutdown, then its an issue either with ur VGA card [if ur using any] or ur motherboard graphics chip doesnot support that high resolution.
3. In that case, borrow any VGA card from ur frnd and check it again.
I dont think it is a CPU issue.

I need redirect data from (one or several) 8-bit processor's port (378h, 3f8h, etc - former parallel printer's ports) to bit-bang device driver (FT232RL/FT245)?
The idea that some application will send data to specified parallel port, but my process shall intercept that data and route it to bit-bang device driver. The same way when processor shall read port - GE event shall make my process read data from bit-bang device and return it back to main application.
Have no idea even what a name of that technique? Barely remember, that it can be done throu processor’s GE on port range interception.
This is very popular USB chips and most useful interface issue,
maybe someone have solved similar hardware project's ?

Confusing.
Why would you want to redirect a com/parallel port to a software com/parallel port?
Anyway, it's not for me to ask, it's for me to deliver.
As always, you'll need to write your self a filter device driver, which is aware of all the IOCTLS for parallel and serial ports. These are defined in include files of the DDK. Then obtain yourself an object pointer to the device you want to intercept, and call AttachDeviceByPointer. From then on you can see all traffic on the port.
Now the other part: if you're going to use the standard USB drivers that come with the chips you mention, it's basically the same operation: attach to the target device, and send and receive away. If you're going to do the bit-banging yourself, you will have to implement a real device driver, not a filter driver. Again, examples can be found in the DDK.
Seems a lot of work for emulating a parallel port 
I just hope that NT was your target operating system, otherwise I've been typing all this crap for nothing

I have target application that uses several LPT ports (1..3) to communicate with external equipment. I decided to use FTDI chip (FT245) and their FD2xx driver and support simple bitbang up to 48Mb/s. My computer doesn’t have LPT port, but 4 USB (nb). The target application was configured ti use two LPT ports. I need to intercept write target data, and send (reroute) to USB driver (following FTDI docs) and when target application shall read data from port, read data from chip (by USB driver) and return those data back to target application request.
I study this issue on inet, and havnt found reliable way to do this not so complicated task. In most cases ppl write (or use 3rd party) virtual port LPT driver, and uses it according to their tasks. But may be there are a way to use hardware BP exception on port range? If there are no similar that solution, i should use consecutive connection to a bigger of drivers list: my redirector, FTDI USB, virtual lpt.
