Hi,

i came through ur site which contains an article of creating and playing beep sounds with chords, duration and pitch and octave together. and here is the site of that article..

http://www.codeproject.com/KB/dotnet/A_Simple_Beep.aspx

This is what exactly i want in my project..in which i am currently working at.. but the problem is it is storing sound as .SONG which actually does not exist.. and when u extract the notes of that song in the note-pad...the notes is in the xml format...but i want that beep sound to store in the .wav format...

so is there any chance of recording only system beep sound and saving it as .wav or .mp3 file????

pls send reply soon..its urgent.. :((

If you want to ask an article author something, there's a forum under the article for that.

No it's not. We could care less if you can make a beep in your program, it won't change our lives at all. If it's urgent for you, you should offer to pay someone for help. If you rely on the random help of strangers, you need to accept it when it comes, you have no rights at this point.

System media files (including the "Beep") are located in:
C:\Windows\media
