It would be nice if an article author could easily convert an article to a tip (or vice-versa). The conversion process would bring along all votes and comments associated with the article (or tip).
It would also be nice if people that can edit can move articles/tips as well.

A direct method of doing that is on the list too!

If you mouseover a post title, a slightly off-white bar a few pixels high appears at the bottom of the title row. It's hardly noticeable except when the post is expanded and the background is blue.
It doesn't happen in IE8, but it does in FF 3.6 and Chrome 4.

That would be quite cool actually.
But care must be taken not to reveal the IP's (just in case that is infringement of privacy of some sort).
