Hi,I have installed PHP5.3.0 under IIS5 and Windows XP.It runs properly.
But whenever I tried to install PHP55.3.0 under IIS6 and Windows Server 2003,it always throws an error which says "<b>CGI Error:The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers</b>".I have followd the same steps which i did while installing PHP5.3.0 under IIS5 and Windows XP.But invain.Can anyone help me?

Hi,
I have installed PHP 5.3.0 under IIS 5.1 and windows xp.
I also installed phpMyAdmin.It was working properly.Suddenly it started giving the following error :
could not start session without errors....
But surprisingly this problem comes when I call the page from local machine.But if I call the page from other machine it runs properly.
Can anyone help?

Can I place the POST values at the end of a JSP Internet address, so it acts like a HTML page (or another JSP) called it. Example: www.myscript/test.jspXXXXXXXX Where XXXXX is additional information that test.jsp normally gets when invoked by the POST method.

What I’m trying to achieve is process an address with the POST information attached to the IP address http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/zcl_0_results.jsp. This JSP is called by hitting the SUBMIT button on http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp. But I would like to bypass welcome.jsp and call zcl_0_results.jsp directly.

Why dont you use client side script to redirect. Do you really need serverside redirection. If so, there must be an equivalent to Response.Redirect in JSP too.
Or you use
location.href = 'zcl_0_results.jsp';
from Window onload to Welcome.jsp.

The zcl_0_results.jsp file resides on the USPS Company's public web site, but I would like to invoke it from my web page. When I invoke the file, I need to have the necessary POST fields passed to zcl_0_results.jsp such as city=”New York”, state="NY", etc. Can I do this is my first question. If so, can you supply a code sample?

I think the best way to do this is using Iframe. Load this site in IFrame and access its post data.

Hi All,
I am looking for a script in which when a user clicks on a button then a pop-up appears asking for the user to enter some input and when the popup comes then the rest of the page or page background should be faded(non-editable, non-selectable) and when the user inputs in the popup then the page should come to normal state.
Please help me out with this.

You can look the ModalPopupExtender[^] from the Ajax Toolkit or you can create something similar with JQuery[^]

Hey,
We are making a game like travian (www.travian.com) in php and SQL. Now we are facing a serious problem. We have the following example: Player A attacks player B, and this attack takes 1 hour. In the meantime player A and B are logged out. But the attack must be performed, since their teammates would like to know the status of the attack too. Now how can we execute a certain code at a specific time, NOT using players, so on the server? We're using a SQL database, and the coding is done in Php. I heard something about Stored Procedures...?

I have one Idea
1. When ever a player attacks, insert the value in the database with the Execution timestamp.
2. Create a procedure to perform the tasks by fetching the rows from attack table(Which are pending, can be marked with status field)
3. Schedule the procedure to run after a particular interval of time.
I think it will solve your problem

I'm going through a Flash tutorial and comparing it against a Flash program we have received from a 3rd party. Within the 3rd party package there are separate files that contain code. The .fla file only appears to contain movie clips, jpegs, and etc. In the tutorial file it appears the code is layered in the .fla file.
My question is do flash developers alter the .fla files to hide code from end users, or is the .fla file just structured differently? I'm leaning towards an altered .fla file and only by accessing the .as files directly through the code folder, seeing I cannot find any code by going through the .fla file. Thanks for any help in advance.
