Hello to everyone,
I am a C programmer for one week only...
In my work I have to do (urgently) a code to calculate the Fast Fourier Transform of a discrete signal (1D)(to calculate FFT from some discrete values).
I have visited some web sites but I don´t have found any clear answer for it.
Could anyone lend me a source code to calculate it or any other help, please?.
I was very grateful to anyone who can help me.

Let me be the first to tell you good luck! FFT by itself is not an easy thing to program, even for a seasoned programmer; and if you just started C programming for only a week, then you are just aiming to be a failure; and if it's part of your work, then I have to also question the wisdom of your manager to ask you to do that.
anyway, I've googled that and found a few "hits" with C/C++ code ... you should be able to do the same; and download some and do your computation with that.

Hi. I am new here and I hope this is the place to post this.
I play poker on Absolute poker and when closing the app it displays an annoying splash screen that cannot be closed and is always on top.
It stays there for about 5 secs and drives me crazy!
Is there a way using c++ to prevent apps from creating windows with the always on top style?

I would employ a non-technical solution.
1/ You need to pay for the app to get rid of any nag screens.
or
2/ Vote with your pocket and don;t give bad / evil programs your money or your time.

It's not a matter of money. The app is free. It is Absolute Poker's
client that allows you to play poker on their network. Full tilt poker has
a similar splash screen but they give you the option to turn it off if you want. Sometimes I will be playing two tourneys at the same time and when I close AP after losing the splash screen covers the board of the other game.
It is very obnoxious.

You ask if this is the correct place to post this question. Short answer: No! Longer answer: try asking the supplier of the program how to get rid of it; it looks like there is something wrong with their application that leaves an orphaned window on your system after it terminates.

Absolute poker is a stand alone app, it doesn't run in my browser.
I recently downloaded AutoHotkey so that I can use the keyboard when I play on FullTilt and I think there might be a way to use it to send a message to the window, but I need to learn thee script language that it uses and from the code I have seen I think it can only turn keypresses into mouse clicks on buttons that are already in the window. I'm not sure how AutoHotkey works but it does interact with the top level window and I am hoping I can find a way to send it a close message by pressing a key or something.

Hi everybody
I have a dll in C++ which I want to use it in C# later. I want to have a Char array in the interface of a function. So the interface is like:
function(array char^ chArr)
I have a char* "ch" it in function body which I want to copy a specified length of it in chArr.I wrote a code like this:
memcpy(chArr,(const char*)ch,length)
But it can not convert from array<char>^ to void* (the first parameter of memcpy is void*). What should I do?

Do you want a .NET form or are you confusing a dialog box with a form? If the latter, I'd suggest purchasing a book on how to write MFC applications.
