I think you're question is that you want the foo function to create the class and the test function to use the class.

Here is a snippet if this is what you need.
void foo(MyClass*& p)
{
   p = new MyClass();
}

void test()
{
   MyClass* p
   foo(p);
   // Use the class using p->
   delete p;
}

void main()
{
   test();
}
