Understandably, I agree certain people need a kick up the arse if they want to be programmers. But as you shot down the whole indian community, alot may interpret that as racism.
Dont get me wrong, i agree people should be able to express there own opinion regardless of the boundries society likes to set. But thats not the way the world works at the minute

You can interpret the color of the sky as being "green", but that won't change it's color.
