i'm having troubles debugging an BHO with IE7 and VS 2008
i'm using the BHO from http://www.codeproject.com/KB/cs/Attach_BHO_with_C_.aspx[^]
the application is working fine for me
I searched to how to debug BHO. this is what I found:
"Set your IE home page set to about:blank . That way you can start up the browser as fast as possible and go where you need to. So, start up the first IE window. Then, from VS.NET use the Attach to Process item in the Debug menu to attach to iexplore.exe. Set breakpoints in your BHO. To break within the constructor, just open a second IE window."
I did that but it didnt work for me
it's just ignoring my breakpoints
do you know otherway to debug?
or maybe I'm missing something?

Please have a look on my doubt. i want to develop a SIP fone application.I think the sip communication is supported by Adobe Flash , no need to use an extra SIP stack to implement this.is it correct or not???if i am wrong, how to solve this???

I think they are not compatible.

what we are looking is to develop a web page from which the user can actually browse the application and can make calls directly from the browser just like www.flaphone.com

i need to export a grid to excel using a button click.code for button click is given below
the code snippet works fine for one web page but causes exception on the other.

The package that I suggested (PHPBB) is the best forum message board.
use it.
IMP: Try to change the template it is using. Free templates are available for PHPBB from internet.
you can smartly finish your project work and also learn a lot about the forums.

I am trying to install dnn4.9 on remote server. but i am getting the error.
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.
Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customerrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customerrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".
Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customerrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.
i have change the setting but still it is giving the same error.

Did you check the EventViewer for details ? Just few month back I have install DNN 4.9 and its working fine for me . Check the EventViewer for details .

I desperately needs help and I've been looking for a web developer for a while now. And since this is the perfect site, maybe I can find an expert here. I'm somewhat experienced webmistress and I can't get the captcha to work. Somehow the code isn't showing or it's not sending. I even hired someone to do it for me and he still can't get it to work. Hoping that your image creation is working well, just assign the value shown in the Captcha into a session variable. This session variable should be reset or assigned new value each time the script is executed.
That's all my suggession.
If you want a script to generate the Captcha then, is as if doing the full job.

I have an application where I need to get Request.ServerVariables("LOGON_USER") and it is not returning a value. I have googled and found several articles that say I need to go to Directory Security -> Authentication and access control and uncheck "Enable anonymous access" and check "Integrated windows authentication". I have done this and even tried restarting IIS. I have also gone to Internet Options->Advanced in IE7 and made sure "Enable Integrated Windows Authentication" is checked.
These are the things I have found from searching but I have done them so what else have I forgotten? Thank you for any help.
