This code needs to be registered on page load.

TableObject.rows[0].onclick = Function("return YourFunctionName(this);");

Here
TableObject is ur gridview object
rows[0] gives the first row that is the header row.

Then write ur logic in "YourFunctionName"

helllo,
how can i create a folder in the client side from server side and put in his content a folder named images that contain all images relative to a specific document.
i tried to make it shared and it was worked properly but the big problem is :
if any other user has access to the shared folder he can see all images.
How can i forbide the access of users to the shared folder, or is it any other solution to copy this files.
Can we an image or save it in the cache as an object.

This is class of css file.

we have to be define this class at that div which we have require in landscape formate.

This code is use for landscape print when we click on form print button but it code is perform only for single page.

When we have two or more pages this code is never work properly.

Using this code the record is overflow.And when we click on print button we get one or more copies of one single page.

So we have to be require landscape print for one or more pages when we

You either detach the database from your local system then FTP the MDF and LDF files to the server, or you make a backup of the database on your local system and FTP the backup file to the server then restore it on the server.

If an ActiveX control is created in .Net and is used on a Asp .Net page does the client need to have the .Net framework installed in order for the control to work?

Yes, if the ActiveX based on .NET Framework.
you should use ATL if you want to clients access normal without .Net Framework

You may have to solve this with some Javascript, so that you can trap the user when they press the Backspace Key on the keyboard.

Very easy to enable or disable a button through C#. If your page has the following button:

<asp:Button ID="Button1" runat="server" Text="Click me" onclick="Button1_Click" />

Then you can enable/disable it in your code-behind file through setting its 'enabled' property:

Button1.Enabled = false;

or

Button1.Enabled = true

Hope you are talking about the browser back button.
You cannot disable the back button if the browser instance is opened and your URL is typed in the address bar.
However you have control over the window which you are opening from your code.
So the only way to solve your problem is to have a default startup page in which you have to do a opendialog for your homepage and pass the arguments disbaling the menu bars and titlebars.

In my form, I have Update Panels and also Update Progress Controls. I want the UpdateProgress controls should not fire and shows the text "Loading..." when the SelectedIndex is -1. Is it possible to do so? If so, how? Sleepy | :zzz:

It seems NO, you can set 'Loading' text to 'UpdateProgress'.
it will display 'Loading' when the page is loading...

Add handlers for beginrequest and endrequest

Could someone help me with the following issue:

I'am a neewby with asp.net and trying to create a webapplication with a
connection to a database. the application contains a gridview with 2 columns:
lets's say "datafile" and "size". i want to change the column "size" with a numericupdownextender
inside the grid and of course the data in the "size" column is bind with the database. when the user
increases the value in the grid with the numericupdownextender i want only those records to be put inside a textfile and mail it. i hope this all is clear. the mailing part i understand, but the other things not. i hope someone can help me with a simple example.

i don't think it is rude, but i don't even want to go into discussion with someone who makes those remarks. if you have a problem and you don't know the answer it is quite common to communicate in a civil way about this. why else do you buy books with examples and does the internet exists with loads of comments and examples about things. isn't that the way you began when you first started programming. so please don't go this way and act like an adult or else don't reply on this post.
