Use AJAX,
When user clicks on NO button, it send a server call to check status of Agent.
It may return true/false. Depending on this value render Image of Control.
I think this may solve your problem.

Hi all,
If anyone can please help, is there a way to derermine if a certain application or font is installed on the client pc.
In the case of the font: Barcodes are generated but the barcode font on the server is not displayed on the client pc.
Is there a way I can determine if the font is installed, if not it should be downloaded and installed.

You can check for the certain application like SKYPE.
They provide there JS file, that can check whether it is installed on PC or not.
Try searching for Using ActiveX with Javascript. It will help you.

I'm using a type of barcode font,
if the font is not installed on the client pc the browser uses a default font
I used 2 spans on the default page( hidden) with a series of characters
If the length of the two spans are the same with the font is not installed on the client pc,

I am trying to dynamically generate a report that I've previosly created. Im using an asp page where my form gets the information and javascript carries that information to another page. Can I put some sort of parameter value in javascript so it can open the report accordingly to what the javascript "Window.location" object.

Hello
Just wondered if anyone can help me out with this;
I am looking for a script/component that would allow a user to create multiple rows in a form. The kind of thing would look like this;
Field 1 Field 2 Field 3
If the user were to hit then a new row of and controls would appear underneath the existing row. If they were to hit then the row would disappear.
Hope that is clear(!) Any guidance would be much appreciated.

You need following steps to do the task
1. Place a div tag on the page.
2. Create a global variale in Javascript with default value '1'
3. When user hit a Create Button from interface, it should call Javascript function. This function should, create a new Table, assisgn this table the ID that the Global variable has. Now create as many as controls you want. For eg for 'name' create input control with id name_1 i.e. append the value of varible to id of every control.
Now with the delete function of row create it as DeleteRow(1); 1-value of global row. now the called function knows which table and controls to delete.
Increment the Global variable by 1(One)
4. Append the generated table text to the DIV.

I want only charcters and space allow in my textbox, no special charcters and numeric values are allowed.

My suggestions are as
1. Add new column in Master table, isLoggedIn(Bool Type)
2. Create New table to keep log of user i.e. when logged in/out.
When Uses logs in the System, LoggedIn bit should be set to 1. When he logs out set this bit to Zero.
Note: The issue with this aproach is that you need to make sure that user always out.
Secondly, you can use a hash table to store the information of logged in user. Place this hash table in Application variable.
When user tries to login, check if he is already logged in or not.
Do add a time stamp of login. Update this timestamp regularly to check whether user is active.

Hi!
I' trying to layout some div inside another div, both float: left and some padding but without specifying widths.
we all know the issue with IE and width and padding  ...
I know the trick width: 100px !important; width: 120px;, but here I specify width.
Is it somehow possible to achieve the effect without widths??

i'm having troubles debugging an BHO with IE7 and VS 2008
i'm using the BHO from http://www.codeproject.com/KB/cs/Attach_BHO_with_C_.aspx[^]
the application is working fine for me
I searched to how to debug BHO. this is what I found:
"Set your IE home page set to about:blank . That way you can start up the browser as fast as possible and go where you need to. So, start up the first IE window. Then, from VS.NET use the Attach to Process item in the Debug menu to attach to iexplore.exe. Set breakpoints in your BHO. To break within the constructor, just open a second IE window."
I did that but it didnt work for me
it's just ignoring my breakpoints
do you know otherway to debug?
or maybe I'm missing something?

Please have a look on my doubt. i want to develop a SIP fone application.I think the sip communication is supported by Adobe Flash , no need to use an extra SIP stack to implement this.is it correct or not???if i am wrong, how to solve this???
