yes becouse finally block gets excecuted in any situation whether there is exception or code excecutes successfully.

So, in the statement sequence, will the connection.Close() be executed before or after the exception is rethrown in the catch(...) block?
If after, what if this whole thing is contained in another try... catch statement, will the catch statement in the parent next be executed first?

What happened when you tried? All you are asking can be easily checked by writing a simple program.

my parametere for back up is correct and my program connect to sql server
but ,I dont know reason of this error at line of
sqlBackup.SqlBackup(sqlServer);
error message :
Backup failed for Server 'myservername'.
can u help me why it happens ...

i've a main form having a listening socket in a separate thread, when a client msg received this thread creates a new thread, with in this new thread i want to fill a form(i have already designed) with new controls and show it, for each client i want to do this. the probelm i'm facing is the second form is only displayed for the showdialog(), it shows a white form without controls for show(); any idea to solve this ? while it is in the showdialog status all the requests are queued.

Well, a better choice is to read a book than posting in forums. When you import a webservice to your project, VS will create proxy classes to access the WS. You only need to call these classes by specifying values as parameters.
