Your app.config has a seperate section for connection strings. Have a google.

The "key" attribute (or node .. what is this thing anyway ?) does not have a connectiontring atrribute.
Use: <add key="keyname" value="value" /> and it should work...
you can skip the <connectionstrings> <connectionstrings /></connectionstrings> part too...

The picker has a Value property, which is the date. The rest is sufficiently trivial that if you don't know, you should buy a book or read some articles on basic SQL and basic ADO.NET, I really don't know how to explain this and feel sure you understand me without writing half a book.

I know you can find a variety of blowfish algorithm for .Net downloads on the Internet. Can you not just use what .Net has built-in via the System.Security.Cryptography namespace, or are you converting something that used to be encrypted with blowfish, and you prefer to continue with that encryption?

I want to run an exe program on my pc from my VB.Net application.
I use this code and it work but not in the panel where i want to see it. so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I am working on a software in VB.Net where I am dynamically making .Htm files.
The .Htm file has been generated from Excel. Then I am changing tags/data in the file from a database.
I am experiencing something completely weird. When I open the dynamically created file in Mozilla, it shows me the complete stuff and adjusts Row heights according to the Data inserted.
But the IE refuses to change the format, no matter what I do.
I am attaching a text file which contains the HTML code.
If you rename the text file to .Htm, and open it up with Mozilla, you will notice that it shows you the complete stuff.
However, with IE, the embedded cell size does not change.
I don't know if there is anything that could be done.
Please let me know at the earliest.
