We have a legacy asp application that uses it. However, using the Ajax toolkit available from ajax.asp.net, I am pretty sure it requires the .Net 2.0 framework. I don't think you can use the Ajax from ajax.asp.net with .Net 1.1 as it would require 2 separate IIS application pools to run the application.
