Don't sit on that fence Martin. Tell us what you think.

Is that a good thing?
This is a genuine question, all I know is that the guy is as boring as paint drying and that he, at least it seems to me at least, has completely botched the handling of the economic crisis in the UK.

It brings the general election to a close here in the UK. A government can now be formed. Those ministers who lost their seats can now go on about their lives - the new PM will appoint new ministers.
I don't want to get into my politics, but I view Gordon Brown as probably the worst PM this country has ever had; certainly he has done more to wreck the country than just about any other PM could have possibly achieve. For all his faults though, he had one thing going for him; he isn't Tony Blair.

It is also a time to calculate how much money was actually spent on this election (and remember we are still not out of the recession yet).
In India, huge amounts of money goes into an election of this stature.

We prefer not to say spent. Let's just say.... wasted.

How do you access your office data from home/travel?
What do you use and how do you protect the undesired access to the data?

Yesterday, the iPad went on sale (for pre-order) in Canada. As I try to never make decisions like that on my own, I went to a "decision maker site", which randomly told me, "No, don't buy one." Later, I flipped a coin, and it came up, "No, don't buy one." Finally, I rolled a number of dice, and they came up, "No, don't buy one."
So, what does everyone think, should I buy one?

I have learnt that you can not make someone love you, all you can do is stalk them and hope they panic and give in.

Are you looking for the one place that actually tells you, "Yes, your hard earned money is burning a hole in your pocket, you need this frivolous waste of money to be in your hands"
Buy One! scratch that, I can't possibly tell you to buy such a device. Don't do it!

It wasn't obvious? :P I was considering a "OK, best out of 18", or maybe emailing Jobs to ask him, but figured I'd start here.

You used 3 forms of randomly deciding, all said no.
But you still needed to ask here?
Just go buy it.
If you didn't care about it or didn't actually want it, you would have stopped at the first RNG.
If I have accidentally said something witty, smart, or correct, it is purely by mistake and I apologize for it.

Think of this as either:
- Asking a fourth random decision maker
- A cry for help/intervention
- A trigger for a 'punch in the face' post

Just because you asked
Wake up man! If you believe in an almighty being, fate or cosmic forces, then they are quite obviously SCREAMING at you, "Don't do it".
Seriously, if you have the money and want a toy that a lot of people seem to enjoy and find worth (although I can not fathom how) in, then go and pre-order yourself one before the Apple Fan bois have bled the store dry for the next week or more.

Sure go ahead buy one, you will not regret. If you can find one, in the first place.

Go ahead, buy one.
You will regret it later when an iPad comes out in a year or so with twice the capabilities at half the price.
Remember the iPhone?
