Eventually they will remove csc.exe as well.

I tried installing VS2022 on Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC and it wouldn't let me, so it's not just you.

It let me install it, and it seems to run fine, but I got the warning dialog before it installed.

I actually installed it without difficulty.
I guess the warning message is just so they don't get support questions for it in that configuration?
