You get it via the store and it is... 130Mb!

SWMBO likes the old XP games, so I keep a copy and install them whenever I buy her a new PC.

This has been true since Windows 8. For those who are wondering, the store version of Minesweeper takes the basic game and enhances it in multiple ways. Whether or not you like the enhancements is up to the user.

Regarding old games:
Does somebody remember 'Pipemania'? What I remember, it has been delivered with Logitech Mouse Driver before decades.
I was addicted to this game so I destroyed therefore all copies
