Three letters, YET is a synonym for EVEN as in "even so", "option" == "Y", the rest I dunno, but there aren't that many three letter words that start with 'Y'!

If you use the developer tools, then the HTML colour codes are easy to get: for Chrome, right click the page and select "Inspect". The tools window has a "Elements" tab, and it's pretty easy to find the source of his question. With that, you get HTML like this:
