I was going to ask when I next saw you post!
(Didn't want to ask too soon, as I know how slow CP can be at getting MVP certificates out! )

They are cute little flowers and they are on my boots.
But Jackson Pollock boots would be pretty cool too ...

What have you done?!?!?
That was hidden for a reason. Now, how are we going to handle the "overuse" of that?

Answer for your question : I would like below improvement.Hence we're using lots of async worker items for sending emails.
ASP.NET improvements: New HostingEnvironment.QueueBackgroundWorkItem method that lets you schedule small background work items. ASP.NET tracks these items and prevents IIS from abruptly terminating the worker process until all background work items have completed. These will enable ASP.NET applications to reliably schedule Async work items.

So those would be the 'after' pictures?

Yeah, that would give a deeper meaning to the word "satisfaction" that OP was referring to!
Whether I think I can, or think I can't, I am always bloody right!

So we had 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, the obvious way to extend that pattern is clearly 4.5.2

They did 3 point releases for 4.0, this is the 2nd one for 4.5. IMO doing it this way is cleaner than 1.1 SP1 or worse 1.1 SP1 with KB1234567 patch versioning that they've done before.

Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

For without it, it seems I would have no luck at all
Wednesday morning on my way to work, the driver of a Porsche made an insanely illegal move, pulling out of his left turn lane and cutting straight across three lanes to turn right at the intersection instead of left. Unfortunately, he never saw me coming and I was going the speed limit in this 50 mph zone.
If he had only used his right-turn blinker, maybe I could have started breaking and trying to avoid hitting him earlier, but as it was, he just kept driving diagonally in front of me and all the breaking and turning I did could not prevent me smashing into the side of his car (although I am sure it lessened the impact).
As I sat there looking at my deployed airbag and a ton of glass scattered on my hood (presumably from his right side windows), I checked to make sure I was ok and got out of my car. I was trying to figure out where the sunshine had come to rest, but several witnesses told me he stopped for a few seconds and then took off.
Another witness came back a little later and told me he tried to catch him, but could not keep up with him. I was surprised he could drive at all, because my car had to be towed to a body shop.
My insurance company will cover the damages if they never identify the driver, but even with 5 witnesses telling the same story and saying I was completely without fault, I have to pay the $1,000 deductible unless they extend me the courtesy and waive it.
My hand, shoulder, ribs and neck are aching a bit (I expect increased pain tomorrow morning), but I was lucky and I don't think I have any serious injuries.
And this happened the day after my wife had a biopsy on a number of lumps in her knee - we are crossing our fingers for good news when the results are ready on Monday.
