even 90% (never mind 75 or 69%) is basically useless since it'll be so errorloaded that you still need skilled devs to go over every single line of output in detail.

99% is probably the minimum I'd consider using; at that point it's probably no worse than a typical crappily written codebase.

Slightly lower levels I consider highly dangerous. Too many errors to be minimally useable as is, too few to prevent the reviewers from getting bored out of their skulls and slacking off.
