And they've added a fourth way to search for stuff on windows computers, in yet another attempt to compensate for the fact that they've f***ed the UI so badly that no-one can find a damned thing!

I for one happened to like the image-resize Power Toy
And believe it or not, there is a Live Tile that I actually miss... the Weather app was kinda nice

I always insist that HR not "filter" CVs for me -- I ask them to just put the ones that they think are the best at the top of the pile, but let me see the cr@p applicants, too.
... And then I start from the bottom of the pile, and usually choose to only interview people from way down low.
If you're allowing HR to reject applicants, you're making a Huge mistake.

An analysis of the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s National Vulnerability Database has shown that, if the number of vulnerabilities is any indication of exploitability, Windows 10 appears to be a lot safer than Android, Mac OS or Linux. How bad do you have to be?
