Because in some cases it is really a merit, to be able to speak so much actually saying nothing.
Do they train with politicians?

I don't even have to read the article. Horse hockey. What? 20 elephanting years ago, xml was gonna be that thing for data exchange. And in the process of making it perfect, people who needed to get things done said, elf that, I need a paycheck. And CSV lives.
