I hate over engineerers.. 
However getting into disagreement with them once costed me my job in a very nice, yet small and remote, location.
Now I learned to not fight the flow... Social imperative trumps code quality..

I often spend most of my time analysing a problem, and 5 minutes at the end of the day writing 3 lines of code. The point is that they are the correct 3 lines of code.
If you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time - a tremendous whack.

The ability to Reset Windows 10 -- re-installing the OS while keeping, or removing your personal files -- is a great idea (although admittedly not as good as being able to install Windows over the top of itself as you could with XP), and now Microsoft is spinning it off into a standalone tool. Sadly, it won't let you start anew with Windows 7

So Bolivia exports so many chickens. Good for them. However, I bet they are almost exclusively from large corporate farms, which doesn't help poor people at all. What Gates wants to do is give chickens to the poor families who are struggling, not to the corporate farms. What Bolivian hubris.

Diagnosis confirmed.
I must develop with VS6. That is my reaction usually (mitigated when I try VS 2012 and 2015 on a side machine and find them so terrible and unusable that I thank for not having to use them. Possibly more than 2 GB of RAM would ease the usability but hey, those are the instruments the Company gives me...)
