What we can take from this is most certainly not that doing stuff with a smartphone makes you slower and less efficient.
The conclusion is clear, empirical proof of the Lowest Common Denominator theory of human mental cognizance and agility -- i.e. that using facebook or twitter makes you as stupid as a much-stupider-than-average facebook or twitter user.
