Liquid nitrogen (always bold), has been a joker card to answer dumb questions in CP since I am member. I can give you that it now is not used as much as before, but I didn't thought it was that fogotten
I just tried to add the double meaning of your comment as an answer to the article.
Sadly, joke went unsuccessfull

Cool ! I could skip the liquid nitrogen, and replace my space heater ?
And, the new KS beast's (possible it's a specially binned K version ?) TDP is 150 + ? [^] "The CPU is shown with Max TDP of 150W; however, this is just the Processor Base Power (PL1) settings, and it almost certainly higher with Max Turbo Power (MTP/PL2) which is not confirmed yet."
I can't figure why I feel compelled to examine the specs of the "ooh shiny" new CPU's and GPU's, notebooks/laptops, monitors, etc. And, the issue of higher clock vs. more cores ... why do I bother ? Maybe I need a 12-step recovery program ?
Thanks for another "fix," Kent !

Some people buy car magazines, others buy "beautiful homes" magazines, still others buy "guns and ammo" magazines. Doesn't necessarily mean that they are going to buy any of these items.
Freedom is the freedom to say that two plus two make four. If that is granted, all else follows.

The biggest problem is that good employees are going to be unfairly included in some of those actions.

About three-quarters of Java and .NET applications have vulnerabilities from the OWASP Top 10 list, while only 55% of JavaScript codebases have such flaws, according to testing data. It's extra embarrassing when JavaScript apps are found to be more secure
Yes, another interpretation of the VeraCode study from last week, but we felt it was different enough.

Measuring the productivity of software developers is inheritently difficult; it requires measuring humans doing a complex, creative task. They are affected by both technological and sociological aspects of their job, and these need to be evaluated in concert to deeply understand developer productivity. "The beatings will continue until morale improves"
Not to spoil it, or frighten any of you, but there's a least one devastating bit of news in this article. Warning, keep away from children:
