This member Carlos1907 has a 'semi link' in his reviews:
WPF x FileExplorer3 x MVVM [^]
Semi-link looks like this: 'www.palcomp3.com.br/ratom' and leads to a Spanish mp3 (internet radio?) site.
Is this spam or OK on Codeproject?

Is not spanish, it is portuguese
the web doesn't seems to be his own site, but the picture in his profile is the same than in the web he is promoting.
I think he is musician and tries to get fans.
About the question if it is spam... I would say yes, but I'll wait to see what the rest mean

Well, I would say no. Links in the signature is always a controversial issue, but this one links to his profile on some other social networking site.

Are you saying she posted herself under "tools"?

I really like to get 5 out of 5 points after finishing the hard work for writing an article but do I need a review from someone who reviews more than 5 articles a day basically giving the same 1 line comment:
"Nice work!" and 5 out of 5 points - ???
I have reviewed a particular activity log here:
http://www.codeproject.com/script/Forums/Messages.aspx?fmid=478442[^]
The 12. May is particular interesting. There are 10 reviews in 1 day and 5 reviews around 19:00 that are only 1-2 minutes apart from each other.
Is this:
1> A new form of spam designed to get a better reputation in the process
or
2> The work of a valuable member?

I don't think this is a spammer account. This member has written some well received articles, so it could well be his way of paying the community back.

there are sometimes I open more articles in different tabs, I have a look and then I vote them (or not) before closing.
It might be a casuality.

I have the feeling that I saw that face in this forum...
I'm not questioning your powers of observation; I'm merely remarking upon the paradox of asking a masked man who he is. (V)

It seems close.
OT: Funny, I checked the address on their Contact page and it is right around the corner from my old job. I have walked right past that place many times.

No, it is not closed. Somehow it got through and the counters were initialized. (I just did the 3rd a second ago)

Oh, I didn't actually mean that. I was saying that it is close to being spam. I have not pressed the spam button on this one yet.
The author has other completely unrelated Tips and an article. Strangely enough, a couple of the other tips also require an account on some site to work, but I don't see any connection between them.
