I'm not sure it's spam, it looks like a "Chinese github" to me.
It's not an article - or even close - but I don't think it's spam.

I think it says, "If you submit plagiarized content on CodeProject you risk losing your account and articles permanently, and without a chance of rebuttal."
Thanks,

Yes exactly, "If you submit plagiarized content on CodeProject you risk_ losing your account and articles permanently, and without a chance of rebuttal."
But Praxis Shows that some of the "site guards" translate this as zero tolerance.
Anyway, it is not my issue...

The second link navigates only to the "Spam and Abuse Watch" forum, did you mean to link to a specific post?

Good point. I'm sure all those rules/policies were written many years ago and by different authors. There always room for improvement and consolidation.

Good point - the message (whichever way around it is) should be consistent.
I also disagree with the "long-standing member" bit - perhaps "a very active member who has otherwise behaved themselves" rather then "length of service"
How about sticking something under Bugs & Sugs?

It probably has something to do with all the unfinished articles I made as tests back in the day. Maybe? As long as it's happening to me, and not one of you it's OK in my books.

Thank you for your note. Ultimately I'm released that Sean Ewington directly took the action, because in case I would have this described in B&S nobody would have understood it (because of my strange english, as you can see just for this sentences ).

While his message seems unsuspicious naming three sites to learn JavaScript he provides only one clickable link: To the site of his user name.
And he missed that he was answering a Java related question in a Java forum.
