C# is Case sensitive .Through with Syntaxes then u can proceed

I'm making a client-side application that monitors the status of a website and reports what it finds. I have that part working, but now I need to add the ability to have my application automatically submit information through a form on the site (textboxes and submit button style.) I have no clue how to do this, any suggestions?

Examine the source HTML of the form you want to submit. Then use this[^] to work the magic. In particular, see this application[^] for an example of form submission.

Hello
A binary container image F is regularly partitioned into small pixel blocks Fi of a size m×n (for simplicity, assume that F’s size is a multiple of m×n).
How to divide binary image into blocks of size m*n?( Block = matrix of size m*n)

I assume that you have the image in a Bitmap object?

Create a new Bitmap object of the size m*n, and draw part of the original image onto it using a Graphics object.

CopyFileEx Problem

Hi! I'm trying to use PInvokes CopyFileEx[^]. I have everything right except i am getting an error for the last parameter:

The name 'COPY_FILE_FAIL_IF_EXISTS' does not exist in the current context

copyFileClass.CopyFileEx(
   path,  // Current Path
   path2, // Destination Path
   new copyFileClass.CopyProgressDelegate(cfc.progress),
   0,
   false,
   COPY_FILE_FAIL_IF_EXISTS);

well hello evry one...
well I'm leorning c# programing and I was asked to program a "sharing files program" like emule or kazza...
but!!! a program that will share source codes( :
so I've started working on it... and now the problem is that what I need to do is to accept clients and get them in into a collection and from there I sould open a differnt thread foreach one of them so when some client is looking for some kind of file the server will make the conection between the user who got the file and user woh is looking for it and from there I sould do remoting...but as I said the problem is that I tried many ways but I cant make it work) :
so if someone can help me with this please please please I have to hand over the project by wensday...

I am using DataView in C#.
Lets say I have a column [Dataset ID]
How can I filter the column, it doesn't accept for example:
RowFilter = "[Dataset ID]=5"
I mean if the column name is not one word.

I would rather look at the System.Data.DataColumn.ColumnName property of that column. Smile | :)

Hello everybody,

I have to D&D a Label into a DataGrid, which is styled like a Calendar and don`t know how to get the Icon - related to the Label - into the right row of the DataGrid. I have to use .NET Framework 1.1 and VS2003 for my Project.

Now you know my problem. I hope anybody can help Confused | :confused:

Where exactly is the problem? Is is that you are not able to resolve the row/column from the mouse position? If yes than have a loog at the HitTest function of the DataGrid.

thanks, that's right.

i cannot get the icon into the row. I tried the hittest function but i did not find any samples to see how to code it. Since I'm a student to pogramming, i don't know many things...

Basically you have to implement your own DataGridColumnStyle. It defines how columns are rendered and edited. This article[^] might be of help for you.

well i ve to write this in a textbox u can say that its a requirement.. now m using textBox.Lines statement to assign the values from an array of strings but this doesnt work with arraylist.......
so how can i do that ??

I.e like this:

ArrayList myList = new ArrayList();
fillArrayList(this.myList);
string [] listAsString = new string [myList.Count];
for(int i = 0; i < myList.Count; i++)
   listAsString [i] = myList[i].ToString();

textBox.Lines = listAsString ;

I would recommend listbox aswell because a listbox is dynamic, so if your ArrayList containts 10 or 100 items, it won't matter. A textbox will be filled up and you'd have to resize it manually to fit the contents.

ListBox foo = new ListBox();
ArrayList bar = new ArrayList();

fillArrayList(bar);

foreach(object obj in bar)
   foo.Items.Add(obj);

If you know the objecttype in the ArrayList you can cast it like: "foo.Items.Add((myObject)obj);"
But unless the object has a ToString() method that produces something intelligent, the text added to your textbox will only be the type of the object. Like if you added a custom object called myObject, thats within the namespace myNamespace, the text you'd see in the listbox pr item would be "myNamespace.myObject". Smile | :)

If the ArrayList is filled with string-items you could use "foo.Items.Add(obj.ToString());"
