Yes,I'm trying to create a program to do this,for lost Children.
I'm sorry but I am still having trouble understanding your problem. Are you trying to recognize shapes from some input device, photographs or similar? How does this relate to lost children?

Recognize shapes from the input images.
Whatever any device.
My idea is put the photographs of lost children on my web-program,this is made source;then anyone who looked these children take a picture of them, my program can auto-checking them intime;putout the similar children'info.
UPload lost children pics from parents ->web-program->make the source->upload children pics from others->program auto-checking->put out result.
Thanks you~.

I would suggest you search Google for something concerning "image recognition" as this is a most complex subject, and requires a detailed understanding of some difficult mathematics.

There are existing solutions to this problem; do some research. There's at least one application that takes a photograph of a child that has been lost for years, and modifies it to approximate their expected appearance after n years of aging. It's a waste of your time to reinvent the wheel.

If I or other use it,may the user'll pay for it.
Or,it's not for public.
I wanna everyone can use it.
Thank you,really~
Thanks very much.
Could you give me some search key words?

Thanks brother!

Correction, the search terms were: child age photograph facial reconstruction algorithm.

I know this is a complex thing, but it is very interesting and meaningful things. I think this will help the realization and implementation of many people, not just our thinking and love that reflects the social responsibility and values. Thanks the-code-project site, it allows me to and around the world chat with each other masters.
If so, I hope we can work together to the realization of a one, as many hands to make their children grow up, thank all of you.

You are trying to set a function to the value returned by another function. This is not a valid C# statement.

so,
how can i do it?

If you can pull the time out the database or DataDridView as a DateTime then you can just use
datePickerEditHour.Value = theRow.Cells["Hours"].Value If not, then parse the string you are getting
datePickerEditHour.Value = DateTime.ParseExact(
theRow.Cells["HourString"].Value,
"hh:mm:ss", System.Globalization.CultureInfo.InvariantCulture); using whatever time format you need to use.

Optionally you can just use data binding to update the DateTimePicker when your user selects a row
e.g.
private void dataGridView1_SelectionChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
dateTimePicker1.DataBindings.Clear();
if (dataGridView1.CurrentRow != null)
dateTimePicker1.DataBindings.Add("Value", dataGridView1.CurrentRow.DataBoundItem, "HourString");
}

You should use the kits you have heard of. Have you studied them to discover whether they will solve your problem?

Sorry, but your original post suggested you already had these references. The most appropriate reference I could find on Google is Voice over WLAN[^]. I don't know what your background is but I think this would probably be quite a difficult subject unless you have extensive experience in producing network connected products.
