Is that really necessary? It's much like when a commercial comes on during a (taped) television program. You can either hit the FF button, or mute it. Either way, it's ignored and you move on. This is hardly something to get so worked up over.

do you consider me as Aladdin's genius ?
how can we guess what's wrong if you don't even provide the error message, and don't even tell where it happens...

How could I divide the screen into 32 pieces after I capture the whole desktop in server application, and then send those data directly to client application, and at last scrabble them up to the whole image(Bitmap format) and show it on client?
One day a pretty girl asked me:"Do u think you are handsome?" "I don't think so!".She gave a slap in my face:"Why lying?"...

How do you do what? What exactly is your question?

I mean there is a server application, you can get the desktop(bitmap format) of it via client application, of course the bitmap data were sent by socket! My question is how could I send the bitmap to client? But do not send all bitmap data at one time, divide the bitmap into 8*4=32 pieces and then send them in order!
One day a pretty girl asked me:"Do u think you are handsome?" "I don't think so!".She gave a slap in my face:"Why lying?"...

I want to use variadic macros in C using Visual C++ 6.0, as explained in MSDN[^]:
#define CHECK1(x, ...) if (!(x)) { printf(__VA_ARGS__); }
The compiler is giving me C2010 error . Is it supported in Visual C++ 6.0? If yes, what should I do to compile this code?
If there is an alternate to variadic macros in C, it will be helpfull.

#define CHECK1(x, args) if (!(x)) { printf(args); }
BTW, i have a question. why do you want to do such a thing ? to print only in debug ?
if so, you could do a better design, like this :
#if defined(DEBUG) ||defined(_DEBUG)
#define DBG_PRINT printf
#else
#define int DBG_PRINT(const char*, ...) { return 0; }
#endif
this way, you can place some DBG_PRINT("whatever"); in you code ; it will be executed only in debug mode compilation.

#define CHECK1(x, args) if (!(x)) { printf(args); }
How do I pass multiple arguments, e.g. I want printf("%i %i", a, b);
#if defined(DEBUG) ||defined(_DEBUG)
#define DBG_PRINT printf
#else
#define int DBG_PRINT(const char*, ...) { return 0; }
#endif
This does not compile under VC6:->

like this
HBRUSH CTestDlg::OnCtlColor(CDC* pDC, CWnd* pWnd, UINT nCtlColor)
{
HBRUSH hbr = CDialog::OnCtlColor(pDC, pWnd, nCtlColor);
if( nCtlColor == CTLCOLOR_DLG)
{
static CBrush MyBrush;
if( !MyBrush.m_hObject )
{
MyBrush.CreateSolidBrush( RGB(RGB(255,255,0)));
}
return MyBrush;
}
return hbr;
}
it better if u change MyBrush as member varaiable of that class
