I'm getting an error with the Me.BackgroundImage part. 'BackgroundImage' is not a member of 'WebApplication5.WebForm2'. Do I need to declare anything anywhere?
Cheers.

Without seeing your code that sets up and populates the ComboBox, it's impossible to tell you what went wrong.

This is probably because other stuff that the ADO type library depends on is missing.
I take it this is a VB6 app?? Try installing the latest MDAC[^] before installing your app.

There's a couple of ways of doing this.
You can use Wscript.Echo "message" , where each call to Echo will generate a new message box with just an OK button.
You can call MsgBox (documentation[^]), where you'll have the ability to specify which buttons will show up and also get a return value for which button was clicked.

Yikes! The more I think about this, the more blood pours out of my ears!
The other poster is correct. You'd be better off asking this question in a Java forum.
The .NET Framework doesn't expose any methods to call a Java class, but it does expose methods to make calls into just about any Win32 library .DLL as well as any COM-based component.
Here's the trick. You'd have to, IF POSSIBLE (big IF here!), create a COM wrapper around the Java library you wanted to call into. This is where the Java forums come in handy!! Once you have that, you can call the COM wrapper in your VB.NET code, just like any other COM component.

Theres more than a few examples out there. All you have to do is Google for "vb.net bluetooth"[^].

Hi,
In Tab control, I have set property Drawmode=OwnerDrawFixed while Xp Style Look is removed in vs.net2005. I have tried to use Application.EnableVisualStyles but that doesn't change in Tab Control.
I have used Skybound Component through its working fine.
But my requirement is not used any third party control. so without use any third party i need to get the XP Style Look in Tab control.
If anybody aware then please shares the code....

Your question is a little confusing. You set the DrawMode of the Tab control to OwnerDrawFixed??? If this is the case, then you're responsible for supply the drawing code to draw the Tabs in the DrawItem event of the TabControl. XP Themes won't show in this mode. If you want XP Themes, you'll have to set the DrawMode back to Normal.
And "XP Style Look", as you call it, is not removed from VS.NET 2005. Double-click the My Project line in the Solution Explorer, on the Application tab, you'll see a checkbox for "Enable XP visual styles". This checkbox will be available if you check the "Enable application framework" box.

What do you mean by this???
If it's a successfully converted database on the server, there's nothing stopping you from seeing it. Unless......your ID doesn't have the permissions to see it.
