Sean,
Thank you for the fast reply!
The article is the following: http://www.codeproject.com/KB/database/minosse.aspx
In fact the new article is about DeveelDB, which is the "son" of Minosse, a dead project by now.
Best regards and thank you for the support.
Antonello

Over 84,000 views? That hurts a little.
Can't wait to see more from you!

Ehehe you're right Sean, but the new one is much more interesting and is already popular (more than 300 views in few hours), especially cause it describes a project that actually works.
Minosse was more an abstract idea that I was never able to make concrete: DeveelDB is concrete, strong and perfectly working.
In fact, I plan to write some more articles in the future to describe more advanced uses of DeveelDB: it could really be a breakthrough project in the .NET/Mono world and a viable replacement for SQLite and MySQL.
Cheers!
Anto

I've seen the following message a few times (at least 3?) today:
Article is locked for editing by Smitha Vijayan. Lock expires in 13 minutes.
However, only one update has been done to my article (it is on its second version), beyond my initial submission. Is there another reason an editor would need to lock an article for editing? I ask this just out of curiosity, not because it is a bug or anything. I would like to know if something I'm not noticing is being done to my article.
Also, I got an email today that said my article was posted. One of the things it said was:
Please take a moment to review the article to ensure that there are no errors. If there are any problems please let me know.
Notice that it says "please let me know". Who is "me"? The editor listed at the bottom of the email? How would I contact this person? The reply email address is "webmaster@codeproject.com". Will a reply automatically be forwarded to the correct person?

The idea behind the article lockout is so that authors and editors don't step on each other's toes and redo each other's work.
I think it is a bug, and thank you very much for telling me. Because the lockout is only 20 minutes this bug is difficult to catch and replicate. I can't thank you enough, I'm hoping this is what we will need to fix the issue

FYI, it's been a couple days and I'm still seeing the lockout message every now and then. Just saw it right now in fact. Thought I'd let you know that it appears to be an ongoing issue. I'll give it maybe a week, then I'll report it on the site bugs/suggestions forum if it is still happening.

Admins, I released my article to the wild - Table-Value Parameters in SQL Server 2008 - VB.NET - and I think I have left that little check box checked that says something about "dont publish" in error.
Can you check it out?
Appreciate your help.
Edit - Found the problem, edited the article and should be apples now

Hello,
I am not able to support the queries on one of my articles. I'd like to withdraw it for the time being. I am extremely busy on a project and I hate not responding to the queries. Please let me know how can I withdraw/remove my article. It has 16 votes.
