I've written an FAQ on plagiarism to help authors understand what is plagiarism, as well as help members identify it. It is here: CodeProject Plagiarism FAQ[^]
If you find an article that is plagiarized you can either submit a report on the article itself, marking it as "Plagiarized," or you can report it in the Spam and Abuse Watch[^] forum with your evidence and a link to the members account, or you can email me directly email@example.com if you suspect plagiarism or have further plagiarism questions or concerns.
This forum is for any and all questions for Code Project Article Writing:
Have a question about writing an article?
Having trouble posting?
Blog aggregation not working?
Not sure about your article topic?
Is your article still pending?
Is there a crazy formatting problem in your article?
Not sure how to update your article?
Having problems with the submission wizard?
Need help making a change to an existing article?
As a basic overview CodeProject articles have a certain layout to follow, so that users can learn the most from them. Each article attempts to answer the following questions: What problem does this solution solve? How does this help someone else? How does the code actually work? What is going on inside the code snippets?
Here is a submission from a first time author who did a terrific job, just to give you a basic overview of what a beginner article might look like: Avoiding InvokeRequired[^]
Posted this Tip some time ago. But one image is not showing(Previously, 2nd image also not showing & somehow it came in next update). I tried multiple times & don't want to increase revision count. Somebody please fix it. Thanks in advance! Grouping XML with Multiple Columns in XSLT 1.0[^]
This 1st image[^](which's not appearing now) should be under Normal Output section.
You've posted this in the wrong place. The Article Writing forum is for help with writing articles to be published on CodeProject. Questions about writing code should be asked in Quick Answers[^], or one of the programming forums listed in the left-hand menu.
You're also going to need to provide a lot more information than you have here if you want anyone to be able to help you.

For each person, I wrote a cordial message of appreciation, but I want to mark the first one as Rejected as a solution and mark the second one as Accepted. The issue I'm facing is "Accept" and "Reject" are action verbs. So the buttons that say Accept and Reject convey to me that they will Accept or Reject the solution respectively. But if I click the green Accept, it instantly changes to a red Reject button. Likewise if I click the red Reject button, it instantly becomes a nice green Accept button. The result is the good answer has a big danger-colored marker over it, and the bad answer has a nice success-colored marker over it.
To me, it's confusing and I can't be sure whether they are marked correctly. Do I go by the color adorning the solution, or do I go by the action the button proposes to submit, as they are opposite?
An answer without "mark" has white background and you should only see the "accept solution" button.
Once accepted the title background gets green and the question gets the "V" in the list of questions to say, it has been solved.
The red "reject solution" button should only be visible in accepted solutions just in case you change your mind later
If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you
Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.
