Does anyone know of (or have) information regarding the behaviour of CSS within framesets?
and related ... how to trap an onload in a single frame (not all of them) from the window(_top??)
Background - my employer is using a 3rd party that uses frames, but need to perform actions when frame documents change (adding Javascript event handlers, and the css styling and some behaviours need to be cascaded AFTER the 3rd party css is processed on a page load) all without a long, complex and expensive custom coding by the 3rd party. .
Nothing is impossible, we just don't know the way of it yet.

Hi guys,
I was after a bit of advise/a point in the right direction for the dynamic placement of images in a body of text. Basically I have a page of text, split up into paragraphs which has been created through the use of a WYSIWYG editor so therefore includes various kinds of formatting.
What I need to be able to do is add images in various places. So if I click in the middle of the second paragraph (on my "add images to text page") I can place a div of a specified size at the cursor and then go through the adding of the image process. Its this dynamic div placement that Im having trouble with!
So, if anyone has any ideas on how I achieve this I would be very grateful.
I hope this makes sense......

Hi,
how to clear the cookies and need to call ajax at every time..
Actually im using ajax for calendar display .. previously the programs are in asp...if any server side change it get the responce from server side immediately..
currently we converted asp to aspx..and in aspx get some cookie problem something ..so if it any server side change the page wont change the url and wont get the server side response immediately ...
can any one please give some suggestion for this..
need immediate response....

Hi,
I'm using mailto anchor function for mail link which navigates to outlook.
onclick of the mail link get object reference not set an instance error ..
but it happend in only IE6 with outlook 2007
IE6 with outlook 2003 is working fine and IE7 with any outlook is working fine
can any one please give some suggestion for this..

I think you need some server-side scripting host. Like ASP.NET...
With ASP.NET you can use the System.Diagnostics.Process class to execute cmd.

Hi...
I have uploaded an asp.net 2.0 website and which has one crystal report.
When i browse the website i get following error..
"Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.Web, Version=10.2.3600.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
Please help me out of this problem..

The server where you have uploaded the website, does not have crystal reports installed.
Ask host to install the crystal 10.2.

Images are normally used with "tags". These tags say something about the image (what can be seen at this picture etc.). So you have to store tags with your image in a database. Then write a query that can search through these tags.

Adding a "submit button" to an existing form, to send the contents to my email. All I the codes that i have added, also add additional boxes. I want to take my form and have it sent, only adding the submit button? I use Dreamweaver to create pages by cutting and pasting. I am not a coder. PLease help?

In my website we have left panel having different links, our requirement when user clicks on any link and enter any detail on page without save/submit, and then he moves to next link on left panel an alert should be generated to user before the page load for new link happens. In that way an alert for unsaved data can be shown.
Note:- technology/languaage used should be:- VS 2005 asp.net 2.0 using C#, javascript

I think you can use a html "onUnload" event and use javascript to alert or return false.

I just can't the following code to work in Firefox. It works in IE but I don't understand why it doesn't work in firefox. I also have another page has almost the identical code to the one below and it works fine, that's in firefox. Odd as!

I'm trying to get some text go over another piece of text.
I've gotten it to work more or less by setting the position attribute to absolute for the text on the top. Here is the code for that

I am trying to store the images using asp.net browser control ie, fileupload. .Its with store the images in to the databse where i used as sqlserver as backend. It store but, after that i am trying to retrive those images through listview from backend.
