n-tiered development is a big topic. If the articles you found with google don't make it clear, the next step is to find a book on the topic.

Commonly .NET applications are developed using 3-Tier(layer) architecture. Most of the Application Logic and Data Access Code resides in seperate components for easy maintainance and Code reusability.
Presentation Layer
This deals with the User Interface of the application. It is responsible for delivery of information to the end user and to the Application.
Business Logic Layer
This Layer Process the Data and Moves the Data Between Presentation and Data Access Layer. This layer physically separates the Presentation Code and Data Access Code. It acts as an interface between these two layers.
Data Access Layer
Since ADO.NET is the Data Access technology under .NET, the ADO.NET code to communicate with the Database is written in this layer.
I made it very precise to give you an Idea what it is. Hope this helps...

Thats simple first thing is that put all controls in page initially by making them hidden then on add new row button call a javscript that will show those controls . Now don't ask for the javascript first try your self
1. Google how to hide the controls. Hint(hide the TR in which your controls are present by making its style.display='none')
2. now write a javscript function that will show this controls
3. Register that javascript in Page load by simply adding (AddNewButtonId.Attributes.Add("OnClick","javascript:FunctionNameWrittentoShowControls();"));
Thanks and Regards

I will see the offers available in the other website and I will display the offers in best offers website. In that I am manually inserting the offers in to the database. The page has a tree control, a label control, a textbox and a button.
When the button is clicked a postback occurs and the size of tree control and label control changes from X-small to medium and height of textbox changes from 13px to 2 px.
Thanks,
Srikanth
