If you're serious, try asking an actual question. What you posted makes absolutely no sense

I just check his profile.. It mentions that he is from India. It's pretty strange for me.. I think that Indian people have good English....

Might be true..
But here there is tendency to use shorter version of the words (which normally are being used while sending a SMS). Which is normally very annoying in forums.

Hi there,
I have been trying to use namespace : Import Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word but not managed to specify it on the ASP.NET form. The further I got was IMPORTS MICROSOFT. I tried to reinstalling Visual Studio Net 2003 thinking that the installation earlier was the cause of it but it still didn't work. What must I do in order to use namespace Imports Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word. ??
Please Help. Thanks
Have a Good Day,
Cheers,

Sending an email is trivial. What you need to do is decide when you send it, in response to what event ( even if it's a windows service that has a 24 hour timer ), and where the data comes from to tell you who you are emailing today. An ASP.NET app can't do it, as it has no state as such. A windows service is a good approach.

Adding to Christians post, if your server provider doesn't allow you to install windows service, You can create a web service which sends the mail and call the web service from a windows application. This windows application should run on background(on any machine) and make calls to the webservice.
