create a page that has my company awards.

i am beginner to word press
i need a page or plugin that enable me to log my company awards.
fields are award image , achieved date ,Title, description , and group the awards per date
my goal is when a user browse this page he see my company awards ordered by date
is there any plugin that can help me ? any ideas ?
