Deploy mvc4 webapp on iis7

I deploy the site on my development computer(Win7 with iis 7.5) and the website can be visited.
But it can't work when I deploy to server(windows server 2008 with iis7).
It will show
HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden

The Web server is configured to not list the contents of this directory.

I enable the file browse,and then it just show the folder directory, but not the default page.

Did you check the documentation?
