Article update takes long time for approval

I updated my article some time back ( at least 5 hrs back ) and approval status still pending. May I know?

It might take some time until a pending article is approved, so you have to be patient. It's almost approved, at 4/5 votes at the moment.

Also, Quick Answers is not really the right place to ask article-related questions. You can use the Article Help Forum[^] for that.

I don't see it in the queue anymore.

There were a lot of articles in the queue yesterday. That is how I realized they only display the 15 latest submissions in each category.
