I am doing my project on spatial data. I have to convert an image which is in bit sequential format to a peano count tree. Can anyone suggest how to proceed?

Thank you

Assuming that you know how to do this conversion (in mathematical terms) then any of the modern programming languages will work. It all depends on what your experience is.

IMO, use the language that you feel you are most comfortable in.

i think .Net or java is better option.
