I suggest you contact your client and tell them you have no idea what you're doing. This is a pretty basic project, but even then, no-one is going to take the time to plan it for you. If you have specific questions, ask them, by all means. Don't ask questions that indicate you've not even tried to do your own work and hope we'll do it all for you.
